QUS has worked with AIG to put in place a dedicated team of strata claims specialists to service the needs of our brokers and their clients. The claims team operates 8.30am to 5.00pm local time in your capital city and are supported by a 24 hour after hours claims service.
Our claims service aims to settle 30% of all claims under our value based assessing model. Our record settlement time for a new claim email being received to bank transfer completed is 13 minutes. On average loss adjusters are appointed to approximately 10%* of all
