QUS releases update to its Strata Select Insurance policy

QUS has released an update to its Strata Select Insurance policy. As you may be aware Unfair contract terms (UCT) laws, have been extended to insurance contracts made, renewed, or varied on or from 5 April 2021. As a result, QUS has reviewed and updated its policy wording to reflect these requirements. 

Additionally, QUS has taken the opportunity to review some of the covers & additional benefits. These changes are outlined in our Product Reference Guide. Links for both the Product Reference Guide & the new QUS Strata Select Wording (CCQUS SS 0421) are included below. 

The new policy will apply to all new business and renewals with an effective date on or from 5 April 2021.
